All sales are final
GuruSan products — including Assessment Unlocks, Advice Unlocks, Dimension Unlocks, Ascension Paths, and Founders Circle membership — are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because access to your personalized content is granted immediately and cannot be revoked or “returned,” all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as described below.
Why we don’t offer refunds
Unlike a physical product, the value of a GuruSan unlock — your scored assessment, personalized text, and ascension plan — is delivered the moment your purchase completes. There is no way to meaningfully “return” content once you’ve seen it. This policy keeps pricing simple and low for everyone, rather than building refund-request handling into the cost of every purchase.
Before you buy
We want you to purchase with confidence. To help:
- The full 56-question assessment, your overall level, and your archetype are always free — you can review your free results before deciding whether to unlock more.
- Our Pricing page describes exactly what each unlock includes before you purchase it.
- If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, contact us first at support@gurusan.observer.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund if:
- A technical failure prevented delivery — for example, you were charged but your assessment was never scored, or a purchased unlock never became accessible in your account.
- You were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge for the same product, or a charge that does not match what you intended to purchase.
- Applicable law requires it in your jurisdiction, including certain consumer protection laws in the EU and UK that may apply regardless of this policy.
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email support@gurusan.observer within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will respond within 5 business days.
How payments and refunds are processed
GuruSan products are sold through Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Creem handles billing, payment processing, and — where a refund is approved under this policy — the refund itself. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
GuruSan does not currently offer subscription products. Every purchase is a one-time charge. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe cancellation and refund terms for subscription products specifically.
Founders Circle
Founders Circle membership is a limited, one-time offer capped at 44 members. Given its scarcity and the inclusion of a personal 1:1 session, Founders Circle purchases are final and not eligible for refund except under the technical-failure or billing-error exceptions above.
